ProTools is the shit.
As soon as Mr. Faizal opened up ProTools via the Projector, I fell in love. It was so easy to use and we had a lot of fun testing out the different microphones and adding different effects to our voices. It was pretty much an introduction to ProTool's capabilities and the M-BOX-2, which was really helpful and pretty much understood everything that was explained in class. We were also told when and what our assignment was, which was basically writing, recording, mixing and mastering a song which we've written. From what I gathered, we are allowed to bring in our own instrument if it can be lined in to the M-BOX through a lead. Thank god my guitar is coming in two days time. I've already got a song i've written lined up and i've got ideas for drum loops and effects..
I was so tired today, I just slept as soon as I got back home. Well, that's a lie. I hung out with Kiki and Rodney for about an hour at my place then they went home. I woke up with a ravenous craving for sausages, so I called Julian to come meet me downstairs at the restaurant for dinner. Everyone else was sleeping so it was just Julian and I. He told me about his ten dream girls in the university, poor guy..
